When will I receive my order?

Orders received by 3 P.M. EST will be shipped the same day and your shipment should arrive in 1-3 days for all items in stock (Most items are always in stock).
Canadian residents please allow 3-10 days for delivery.
For international orders please allow 1-3 weeks for shipment.

For expedited shipment please use our various UPS shipment options.

Is my information kept discreet.

Yes, very discreet. We keep all our customer records confidential, we never sell our customer lists to anyone. We do not send unsolicited mail. We maintain an e-mail list that we use to inform our customers about new products and offer special discount to list members. You can - at any time - add or remove your name from this list.

What carrier service do you use?

We use USPS Priority Mail and United Parcel Service (UPS).

Can I order an express delivery?

Yes, UPS Next Day (next business day), and UPS 2nd Day (second business day). UPS will deliver to street address only. You must include your residential phone number with your order.

Are items being shipped discreetly?

Yes, we ship all items in a plain box.

Can I order from overseas?

Yes, we ship world-wide.

Is it safe to submit my Credit Card Information?

Yes, our order form is a secure document. The order form and any information included are encrypted for privacy while in transit.

What format are the videos in?

VHS NTSC. Sorry, but no Pal tapes are available.

21 years or older. We will not ship to minors.

What is your return policy?

You are welcome to return any unopened items within 30 days for any reason, for a full refund. We'll even refund your shipping cost if the return is a result or our error.
Returns after 30 days from delivery
- If you return anything more than 30 days after delivery, we will charge you restocking fee (10% of item)
- Sorry, we don't accept any returns more than 60 days after the delivery date
Return of toys
You are welcome to return any item for any reason within 30 days from delivery. Sorry, we cannot accept any returns of opened or used toys.
